Fitness trainer Yatinesh Nirbhavani has made an amazing post about the progress of one of his clients in losing weight. In this post, Yatinesh claims that a young woman has lost 23 kg in 100 days. The young man who has lost weight is named Omar and Yatinesh has given information about how he did it.
Lost 27 kg in 120 days
According to Yatinesh, Omar was previously 95 kg. He started a fat loss diet. He has lost 27 kg in 120 days. Now Omar weighs 68 kg. Yatinesh has shared three different meal options under the fat loss diet plan. Omar has lost weight by eating these things. Yatinesh has told what Omar was eating during this 120-day period.
What exactly did he eat for lunch?
The three meal options given to Omar are as follows:
1) Boiled egg whites, apple slices, soaked almonds
2) Chapati, curd, vegetables and dal
3) Paneer, chapati, vegetables and cucumber
Yatinesh also said that Omar had given up sugar for four months. During this period, Omar would start the day by drinking warm water with cumin seeds. For the first meal, he would eat 50 grams of masala oats, roasted peanuts (30 grams) and cucumber. For the second meal, he would eat 2 medium-sized chapatis, soybean chunks (50 grams), black gram bhaji (30 grams). For the second meal, he would also eat a cucumber. For dinner, he would eat 1 medium bowl of green beans, 150 grams of rice, cucumber and carrots.
Inclusion of proteins
