According to a report by ‘Bollywood Hungama’, Shahid will start shooting for ‘farzi 2’ in the new year i.e. 2026. He has charged a huge amount for this web series. It is said that Shahid has charged the highest fee of his career so far for ‘farzi 2’.

Currently, the script of ‘farzi 2’ is being written. Amazon Prime and the director duo Raj-DK will start shooting for the second season from January 2026. Shahid has given six months for this shooting and has received a very good fee for it. Shahid has charged a whopping Rs 40 crore for ‘farzi 2′. This is the highest fee in Shahid’s career. The first part of ‘farzi’ received a very good response from the audience. That is why Shahid has now increased his fee.
When will ‘farzi 2′ be released?
The web series ‘farzi 2′ can be released by the end of 2026 i.e. in the month of November-December or in the beginning of 2027 i.e. in the month of January-February. This second season will be grander than the first season. The audience will be able to watch this series on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video.
Talking about Shahid Kapoor’s projects, he came to the audience with the film ‘Deva’. He is currently playing a role in Vishal Bhardwaj’s directorial ‘O Romeo’. In this, actress Trupti Dimri is playing the lead role along with him. The film will be released in theaters on February 14 next year on Valentine’s Day. Apart from this, he will be seen in ‘Cocktail 2’ opposite Rashmika Mandanna and Kriti Sanon. This film will also be released next year.
