This time she told about the atrocities committed on the puppy. “This one and a half month old puppy was raped in a chawl in Tiwari village of Naigaon. He was raped repeatedly. A complaint was filed in this case. The accused boy was arrested, but the police have released him. How will justice be done now? This is not just about this animal, but about all silent animals. So why shouldn’t it be someone’s 5-10 month old baby. “We are all witnessing such horrific incidents. Like these puppies, even small children cannot speak. They all should get justice,” said Jaya Bhattacharya.
