It is being reported that Aishwarya’s name and photos are being used commercially without permission and Aishwarya Rai has alleged that a website has sold their products using her photos and AI-generated photos without taking any permission, which is tarnishing her image. She approached the Delhi High Court after realizing that some unauthorized websites are misusing her name, photo and identity without permission.
