The film ‘Ajay- The Untold Story of a Yogi‘ was in controversy for some time now. This film is based on the life of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Finally, the trailer of this film was released on Thursday, September 4.

The film is set to release on September 19, which the audience had been waiting for for a long time. Also, there is a voice over with the scenes at the beginning of the trailer, in which news related to the shooting of Purvanchal’s powerful leader Awadhesh Rai is shown. After this, information about the announcement of curfew in Gorakhpur is given.
In one scene of the film, Bhojpuri film superstar Dinesh Lal Yadav Nirahua is also seen sitting in a jeep and taking pictures with a camera in the front seat. In the next frame of this scene, actor Anant Joshi, who plays Yogi Adityanath in the film, enters and is heard delivering a powerful dialogue, ‘Sometimes strength is needed, wisdom is not always needed.’

In one scene, Anant Joshi is also shown in college, where he is seen describing politics as human service. The trailer shows a poignant aspect, where Paresh Rawal, who plays the Guru, is seen talking about a successor. Anant Joshi’s parents in the film read the newspaper and say, ‘After two years, we have got a son…’ The film also shows poignant scenes between the mother, her son and Gurudev. Dialogues like ‘Ganga will flow now’ and ‘If you are together, you will be safe’, as well as ‘Even though I am sitting, we have reached this far, think about what will happen the day I stand up’ are drawing attention to the film.
The film is directed by Ravindra Gautam. Apart from Anant Joshi, Bhojpuri superstar Dinesh Lal Yadav ‘Nirhua’, Paresh Rawal, Pawan Malhotra, Rajesh Khattar, Garima Vikrant Singh and Sarwar Ahuja will also be seen playing important roles in the film. The film is directed by Ravindra Gautam, while the music is composed by Meet Brothers. The story of the film is inspired by the popular book ‘The Monk Who Became Chief Minister’ by author Shantanu Gupta.
