After the complaint, Maharashtra Cyber Police has registered a case against Samay Raina and other persons associated with the show without wasting time. The Cyber Crime Department of Maharashtra Police has directed to delete all the episodes of this show immediately and further investigation into the matter is underway. This is considered to be the biggest setback for Samay Raina.
According to sources, the police have taken strict steps due to the controversial statements in the latest episode of this show. A case has been registered under Section 67 of the Information and Technology Act and various sections of the Indian Penal Code. According to the FIR, action will be taken against a total of 30 people.
Meanwhile, YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia has publicly apologized. ‘Forgive me without giving any reason,’ he said. Most importantly, the team of ‘India’s Got Talent’ has been requested to delete the controversial episode from the video. Now what action will Samay Raina take on this?
