Kapil has lost 11 kg in 63 days. What is special is that he did not follow any special diet for this or sweat for hours in the gym. trainer Yogesh Bhateja, who trains many celebrities like , and , has revealed the secret behind Kapil’s transformation.

Kapil’s journey to lose 11 kg was not easy, he said. But Yogesh explained that with strict discipline, lifestyle, smart methods and the 21-21-21 rule, he gave a new look to his habits and lost the extra weight. Yogesh started training Kapil at his home. He used common tools like resistance bands and mats. Later, gym tools were also included in his fitness journey.

Yogesh said about the first day of training, “The story of the first day was very interesting. I asked him to stretch. Since his physical mobility was limited, he was feeling pain even while stretching. I advised him to exercise at the right time and we started with the basics. That’s when I realized how tight his body was, there was no discipline in eating and drinking and his body was kind of swollen.”

Kapil’s busy schedule presented many challenges for Yogesh. “Kapil has a lot of responsibilities, so his sleeping were not even right. He didn’t have a fixed schedule for his meals either. He would eat at any time or at any other time. There was no discipline in it. It took a long time to balance everything according to his manager, his team and his lifestyle,” Yogesh further explained.

Yogesh made some significant changes in Kapil’s diet. He advised him to eat more fish. This not only provides the body with protein, but also keeps calories in check. Various vegetables were included in Kapil’s diet. Kapil’s weight used to fluctuate. But now there have been some positive changes in his physique. His fans have also liked this transformation.
