Saif Ali Khan Attacked: Actor Stabbed 6 Times, Hospitalized

A shocking incident of a knife attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan at his residence in Bandra (West) has come to light. The incident took place around 2:30 am on Thursday. Saif Ali Khan was sleeping with his family when a thief entered the house and attacked him.

Immediate treatment in hospital

Saif Ali Khan was seriously injured in the attack and was immediately admitted to Lilavati Hospital. According to the information given by the hospital’s CEO Neeraj Uttamani, Saif has six wounds, two of which are deep. One wound has an ulcer near his spinal cord. Currently, he is undergoing surgery under the supervision of neurosurgeon Dr. Nitin Dange and aesthetic specialist Dr. Leena Jain.

The accused fled the scene after the attack and the Bandra police have started the process of registering an FIR. Several police teams have been formed to search for the accused. A senior IPS officer said, “The exact reasons for the attack are being investigated. The Mumbai Crime Branch is also conducting a thorough investigation into the incident.”

Dr. Neeraj Uttamani said, “The extent of the damage caused by the injuries will be assessed only after the surgery. Saif Ali Khan is currently under the care of doctors and more information about his health will be available soon.”
