Actress Mamta Kulkarni has been in the news for the past few days for her retirement. After making a strong mark in Bollywood, Mamta bid farewell to Bollywood. Mamta has worked with celebrities like Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh in more than 40 films. But after the film ‘Karan Arjun’, Mamta’s popularity and fame increased significantly.
Meanwhile, in a recent interview, Mamta Kulkarni has told a funny story. When Mamta was asked in the interview, ‘Have you ever shouted at your co-stars?’ To this, the actress said, ‘Did Shah Rukh Khan tell you this?’
‘I will tell you exactly what happened that day, Chinni Prakash was the director of the film ‘Karan Arjun’. Shah Rukh and Salman had gone for shooting and I was sitting alone. After about an hour and a half, I was called. Chinni Prakash’s manager knocked on my door and said that Masterji had called me.’
I went there because Masterji had called me.
He passed by me and was laughing. It was 8 pm. Masterji said. You will do this special step alone tomorrow. I thought why is he saying this? Then the next day I had my first shot. And I saw that both Shah Rukh and Salman were looking at me from the bushes. And both were laughing.
They had to do the step with 5000 people
The next shot was of both of them. They had to do the step with 5000 people. They took many retakes. Due to which the director packed up. After that we all ran towards the room. I knew that he had mocked me in the evening. I did not think that he would ask me to do all the steps through the choreographer. So when he ran away, I also ran after him. However, later Salman stopped me. And closed the door in my face,’ said Mamta Kulkarni.
