The trailer stunned the fans and since then they have been eagerly waiting for the film Chhawa. In this film, Vicky has played the role of Chhawa. Akshay Khanna is seen in the role of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. An interesting thing about this film was recently revealed that Vicky and Akshay never interacted with each other during the entire shooting of ‘Chhawa‘.
Recently, the film’s director Laxman Utekar revealed that Vicky Kaushal and Akshay Kumar had never met before their face-to-face encounter in the film ‘Chhawa’. He said, ‘The day they had to shoot their scene together, they met each other for the first time and that too as characters.’ He explained.
Both actors did not show any recognition to each other during the shoot:
Apart from the director, Vicky Kaushal also revealed that during the shoot, Akshay played the role of Aurangzeb and he played the role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, so he did not even say good morning, goodbye or hello. They met directly while shooting their scene. Vicky Kaushal said, ‘There was no interaction with Akshay Khanna as Vicky Kaushal.’ Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal said that due to the seriousness of the scene, they did not even sit next to each other on the chair. Vicky Kaushal said, ‘It did not happen naturally. I hope I will be able to talk to him after the film releases, but we never spoke to each other during the shoot.’ The actor has said.
